i tried a recharge of 449 on 5 august,2014 but the amount was debited while recharge was unsuccessful and also money has not been refunded yet. i hav waited for 7 days.i received no sms of transaction id even. in my bank statement the transaction remarks are VIN/WWW AIRTEL/20140805224514/0 it is mentioned in the 8th tab of the detailed bank transaction statement i have attached.

I want the money of Rs. 449 to be refunded immediately and strict action being taken against the service provider airtel for ignoring my repeated complaints to them and poor quality of service leading to a mental harassement for me.
