i had purchased a watch from snapdeal.com with order no 2470549065. I had also paid for the watch before hand.They failed to deliver the product to me, instead they delivered it to someone else without my notice.and now they are least bothered to refund the amount in-spite of calling them every now and then. They don’t call back nor do they give me a firm reply.it has been almost 15 days since i have lost my money! this is a serious case of misconduct from a company that boasts of very high customer satisfaction.

i have lost my money through credit card and i have to pay the bank with interest ! i have also lost money on calling them. i am under mental stress here. i have lost money, and they havent showed any intrest in returning it.
