Airtel Pre-paid Recharge Online – Amount Deducted Thrice

Dear Sir/Madam, i tried to recharge (top up recharge) my Airtel mobile number 9994XXX638 on 14 Feb 2017 unfortunately consecutively 3 times ( 398 x 3 ) my account was debited but failed to recharge, at last I recharged with the amount of Rs.299 which was successful. As per the message received, the failure amount suppose to be returned with in 7 working days and to day is 7th working day and the amount is not yet refunded. TXn id of failure payment are as follows on 14 Feb 2017 mobile no 9994449638 170214568642 Rs 398 170214570515 Rs.398 170214570006 Rs.398 not yet refunded till date kindly do the needful
