My consumer no is 01859 with INDIAN OIL CORPORATION, through SWATI INDANE GAS SERVICE, 240,B.T.ROAD,KOLKATA -700036 , (Code No -99197919 ).
I booked a Gas Cylinder for refill and received a SMS on 24.02.2017 as “Booking for Con No 01859 is registered with Ref No739825 . Refill expected delivery 6-8 days. Now pay for Inden refills by ur Debit/credit cards,e-wallets.”
On 27.02.2017 I received SMS as “Cash memo No3000109353 of amount Rs 672/-generated for booking No 739825,shall be
delivered shortly,for pre-delivery Chek while receiving refills.

On 28.02.2017 I received SMS as “Cash memo No 3000109353 generated against ur refill booking No739825 stands cancelled. Reason Door closed .Delivery may be reattempted shortly”. I and my wife are both retired school teacher and was present at home all the time from 24.02.2017 to 01.03.2017. Since the price of gas refill has increased , the supplier did the trick to cheat /fraud me. They do the same thing when price increases. Please take stringent action to punish this supplier and help me to get back my extra price.
