I have purchased Airtel Mobile SIM on May 1st 2013 and at the same day activated tariff of Rs. 28 to make my call rates 1.2 p/sec for two months but i am being charged 2p/sec. When i called at 198 to customer care representative, he said tariff was not activated.then i went to sim seller.he told that call rates have been increased. then i call to your customer care representative
again he told that your tariff has been expired as it was activated two months before.

Please resolve this matter as soon as possible
