Timtara – NO REFUND AFTER 6+ MONTHS

ComplaintId :54173/2/2013 (ALREADY HAVE COMPLAIN IN CORE) Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly be informed that I made an order on 16-10-2012 through www.timtara.com website and the amount of RS. 4748 is also deducted from my account through online payment by my SBI account and the payment to timtara was made through your gateway. It’s really unfortunate that after 4.5 months neither I have received my product nor refund back to my account. I called more than 1,000 times to timtara customer care and technical department but every time they are making false promise to me that money will be refund within 7-10 working days but I did not received any refund into my account until now. I need favor from ccavenue.com and your side to help me for refund process from a fraud website like timtara because I don’t have any other option now either to write you or going back to consumer foram. Hoping you can resolve my problem.
