I have recharged my Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number 9898XX5520 with Rs.645 on 28.07.2016 with Data Benefit 5 GB 3G and Post Pack 20 kbps Unlimited for 28 days as per pack available on Airtel Mobile App. I have used my 5GB data but Airtel Compnay disable the 3G network on my prepaid number and I can only used 2G network speed at 2 kbps to 5kbps. I am not getting 20k bps Data speed as mention in the recharge pack. I have many time call to customer care but customer care executive told me that I can get post 5GB data speed up to 20kbps only at 2G network the work “up to” means speed 0 to 20kbps. There is no up to words mention in the recharge pack so Airtel not providing the data speed as mention in Recharge pack

This is a Misleading recharge pack for Consumer all the details not mention in pack in clear details. So consumer not getting the full benefit and worth of his money. I want the data speed as mention in the recharge pack other wise refund will be given to me as I am not get the pack as mention in the Airtel Recharge App.
