I purchased LYF mobile with Gio sim card on 2 September 2016 at gauri enterprises kailash plaza shop ug4. I also complaint in Gio customer care.they provide me complaint number sr00 0001emch .but sim is still deactivated. Please try to sort out my problem as early as possible

Sir, I have purchased one LYF Wind7 handset and got a Reliance Jio Sim since 7th September. I have already received SMS to for tele-verification of my JIO number 70084 35236 since 11th September,2016. But I am unable to call 1977 since I can not get JIO signal in my LYF handset . The dealer asked me that registration of SIM has not been made for which no signal is appearing. I was also unable to call your customer care from my BSNL No. Please get me registered and provide signal to my handset.
