I booked hotel on travel guru on 7th August for kodaikanal for travel plan of 13th to 15 august when it was available on their portal and got the confirmation for booking also.Booking ID for same is -TGUA00 03013303, now these people are asking me to cancel the booking as hotel is already sold out for these dates. if its already sold out for my booking dates than it should not allow me to book the same.

Even their team confirm the same to book the hotel, i had word with Mr. Ashish to go ahead with booking for which he only send me payment link. 3.on 10th these people are telling me to cancel my booking and even not arranging alternative for that. 4. these people even not giving me compensation on this as my complete travel plan gone for toss as there is no hotel available with other portal also.what about my travel tickets for this travel??? who will be going to bear this loss as now i cant go there because of foolish act done by you people.

Approx 50,000 as all friends came to bangalore from different places, and now there is no hotel in Kodaikanal. need to plan sudden at different place with higher amount of hotel fare.
