Lenovo K5 – No Customer Service

I have purchased one Lenovo K5 on 25-6-2016 through Amazon on the basis of the good performance of my earlier Lenovo Vibe S1 purchesed on 3-1-2016.But now my new K5 is not working and handed over the phone to the service centre Fortune services ,Calicut on 19-9- 2016(No. SOINO233 4516091 90045) .According to them,the phone is faulty and need to replace the board.Please note that I have purchased a brand new phone for a trouble free use and failed within a short span of less than 3 months with a major fault.So I need a fresh phone and not a repaired one. So you are requested to replace my phone with a new one instead of repaired one.
