I visited most of jio stores in my city.I have code but I am not getting my sim. Store operators are demanding 300-500 rupees for sim even company has said that it is free. Company should look into this matter.

Reliance Jio welcome offer for free usage. I generated the code then go to reliance retailer store room. The person asked me to pay 300 rupees. Why?

Sir, In pondicherry Jio office they are ill treating the customer. Especially the security sitting in reception. Front office executive ARUN. Another person who is so rude I could not ask is name. Customer should be treated good sir. If sim may be activated or not thats second point only. Please take action . I just went for activation See the cctv fottage on 15th sep 11o clock how they behave . My Sim number is 701026283 still not activated.I already brought a Jio sim which is not activated now they gave new sim in jio office still there is problem.
