Panasonic Mobile Manufacturing Defect

I have purchased a mobile phone of Panasonic model p-66 it was defected from first day only. I purchased from a reputed showroom from Kanpur. the next day i visited service center of Panasonic and they told that you mobile will get replaced within 7 days as it is manufacturing defect. they said there is a company policy-DOA(in which they replaced new set if they are manufactured defected) so i submitted my mobile with full accessories. today more than 15+ days have passed and there is no response from the you.
