I got the Jio SIM on 27/08/2016 and until today my jio sim card No 70032 10535 and application no RECEIVED 00000 64XEY isn’t activated i tried calling the customer care number of jio but there is no response i request you to activate my sim please solve alternate contact no. 9062077161 documents are submitted.

I have bought this Jio SIM card about a month ago, I have submitted every document along with an alternate number so that the activation message can come. but I still haven’t got a single message. I don’t know if my sim card is ever gonn get activated. my number is 70015 00050. I’ve contacted the jio store people, and they said they can’t do anything, I have to contact customer care, but not a single guy picked up the phone, I’ve been calling them every day, they put me in hold for really long, even today I was holding for more than an hour and nobody picked it up. please help me. I don’t know what to do.
