Dear Sir, I saroj kumar lives in co-operative colony bokaro steel city,bokaro jharkhand-827001. I am facing too much network issue of AIRCEL. There is no network, sometimes one singnal comes, voice quality is also not audible…customer care executives are never available 2 talk and the customer care helpline keeps me waiting for hours before getting connected, which gets disconnected due to network failure just after I tell them my name and mobile number…….and the network problem actually disconnects my call atleast 4-5 times ….and to tell my worst experiences, Due to network errors, call drops, poor voice quality we incurring loss of money.I am always using 149 pack local a2a free but my money is totally wasted. please improve the network in my area or install a tower for proper connectivity.
