I had purchased airtel prepaid sim on 1st September,2014 from a local shop submitting the required documents and still sim has not been activated. It has been almost 10 days. I was told that I will be getting a call for address verification but no call has come till now. Its frustating to go everyday to the shop and ask why my sim hasn’t got activated. I get the same reply that “call was done but no one picked the phone” .In reality, not a single call was done from airtel service.I am not even getting any signal in my phone.That being I am not able to call on 59059. So please help me on this matter asap. Thank you

I have purchased airtel sim No. 9676738213 tow days back not activated still though tower is appearing in my cell phone. I have called several times to No. 59059. but no use. pl. otherwise I go for another company
