Videocon d2h – Poor service Delay Re-install

I am using videocon d2h customer id 37585370 !I called there customer care to remove dish and TV and install at new place ,they said will charge 450 and engineer will some within 24 hours! No one came so as we were shifting I got the dish and my wall TV removed myself so called them again and told them that we have removed it and you just have to install it they said 250 for it !i paid him 250 and then they withdraw the services saying u were to pay 450 ,I told them clear you have not done that service and that you only said 450! 1hour plus got me on phone hold and no result!then said your 450 request is cancelled but recharge it ,I even did that still no service called them again got service for one day and again no service and now saying again pay 450 ! When my TV has 450 balance in it! Proper waste of time ,and so much trouble in the middle of other things ! And then they keep transferring call and I must have explained situation to 4-5 ppl !no result at all ! They can disconnect the service any time and can tell there customer to May as much amount they want for no reason

We want them to activate the service and apologies for the inconvenience
