I would like to inform here that i bought a prepaid airtel sim on 12 may 2016 and i was told the same will b activated within few hours. Its been more than 24 hours and i am not able to call 59059 for verification because it keeps on saying sim not registered. I was asked to wait for another few hours but still no action has been taken so far.
I would kindly request u to please look into this matter and solve this issue as soon as possible. I am further providing my sim details.
