My Idea bill for the period of 12 Apr 2016 to 11 May 2016 shows that I made a call to 055315 on 22nd Apr 2016 for about 80 min. and I have been charged with Rs. 720 for the same. What is this 055315 and I never made any call to any such number.

Please note that my request for my Idea number: 8983464867 for migration for postpaid to prepaid was registered on 3rd April 2015 under communication ID – C1-42318878720, On 5th April My network for the postpaid is lost and as the executive said the Prepaid sim should be activated within 24 hours, but I have not received any intimation yet on my alternate number and hence My number is not active now and the IVR is saying that the my number is not in service!!!

Please take a note of it and do the required action as I have registered the request on 3rd April and since my number is not migrated yet, so let me know what is the issue with you and how much time it will take to get it migrated???
