This with ref to your mail dated 5th MAY.2016. None of your team staff has called on till date to solve my problem as promised therein. Almost 0ne month passed from my first complaint dated 4th Apr.2016 (complaint no;919176). I dont know what I should do further in this regard. Having purchsed SHARP AC plant,who will do the required service and whom should I contact forgetting the job done. Iam always getting the same reply”OUR CONCERN TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU SOON” as many as 4 times from your side. Atleast now u please give me a different reply mentioning a concrete date by which the problem will be solved.
