Dear All Concerned, At the outset I am very sorry for marking a copy of this mail to such a large audience. Actually I am frustrated to every bit by your services and hence this mail. Unfortunately I am an Airtel Postpaid user and for last two Bill-Cycles I am repeatedly facing the same problem, i.e. over-charging of amount in my bill. For your reference please find herewith attached Bill Screenshot – 1, where you will see that for my bill-generated on 27th May 2014 I was overcharged Rs. 280.90 (including Service Tax) and it was adjusted from my next bill (only after I wasted my time convincing the Gold Care Advisors and Supervisors). Now again for Bill generated on 27th June 2014, even though I had activated Rs 250; 1GB; 3G Pack, I have been charged Rs. 104.80 extra (Excluding Service Tax). (Bill Screenshot – 2 attached) Now before we jump to any conclusion I in my full knowledge declare that: 1. My usage has not exceeded 1024 MB and, 2. I activated the pack on 26th May (1st day of my bill cycle) and deactivated the pack on 25th June (Last day of my bill cycle) (So no over-lapping) Please note that I deactivated my 3G pack and from 26th June I switched back to 2G Plan because I was simply fed up of 3G speed that you offer!! I called 198 on 8th June 2014, wherein the Customer Support Executive accepted that there is some error in the bill and that I will get a call within 4 hours of that call settling the issue and I waited but did not receive any communication from your side. (Call Recording Attached) I again called 198 thrice today but call got disconnected every time after keeping me on hold. (Screenshots of the call made with duration attached). Since, I have got that Standing Instruction for Auto-payment of my bill activated, my current bill is already paid in full. I want to please fix this discrepancy in this Bill services and also want forum to direct those Corporates to behave well with Customers and make this so calle CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES more pro customer and customer friendly rather than advocating their Company and their system (WHICH IS SOMETIMES MISTAKEN AND WRONG).
