Airtel – Rude behavior by employees

I would like to make a formal complaint for the rude and obscured behavior of 2 of your employees who had called me for the pending bill amount on the 25th of December 2014. While I realize that there has been bills pending from me, the kind of language and attitude that has been shown on call was really 3rd class. I have been with you guys for more than 7 years and there has not been once where I could have complained. But the behavior and the attitude I have received on Christmas day from your employees was pathetic. Below are the details that I was informed and picked up from my mobile phone. Details: Number called from +918454941xxx Time 10:46 am Call duration: 7 mins 38 secs Conversation: The first person who called me was a lady, who refused to tell me her name. I was informed there is a bill pending to which I agreed to and informed will make the payment post 2nd Jan 2015 to which I was informed the below “Kya sir aap bhi” to which I asked why is this lady talking to me like that where I was informed since I have pending bills there isn’t anything that I should be upset about When asked to speak to a supervisor the call was handed over to a guy named “Rishi” (I’m sure he was not a supervisor) who abused me and said people like me should not be given postpaid connections and airtel to lodge a case against us To which I agree I was furious and did give him a piece of my mind, however, he continued to abuse me and use false language and I disconnected the call, post which I got another call. Being Christmas day I choose to ignore the call where it continued and I picked up the phone and was informed “Mere paas tera address hai, dekh main kya karta hun” really ashamed of the fact that I am with you guys for such a long time. I have been an advocate up untill now, however, my ordeal did not get over. I continued to receive calls from the above mentioned number post confirming that I will make the payment it continues.

Pending dues to be waived off and a smooth transition to another service provider
