My Yes Bank ID: 1005257 I have made one FD (No. …….400049203) on 22 DEC 2014 on net, whereas the nominee name was added online. And this was done in YES bank itself. BUT on the basic print-out of the FDR I got in YES bank, the nominee name was totally missing. I was promised that in two days’ time, I will get the authentic FDR issued by the YES bank and it will consist the nominee name too. I checked up the net but the nominee name is missing though twelve days passed away. It is just saying- Nominee name is in progress. I lodged the complaint to their Customer Care people but instead of getting proper redressal, I faced their vague replies only as they always do. AND still after 12 says neither their site has started showing the Nominee Name nor I have received their authentic FDR for my FD. And the FDR intimation sent by them by post (not authentic on their prescribed format/paper but just FD info on an Inland Letter) it says- NOMINEE NOT APPLICABLE. This is the severe DEFICIENCY & HARASSMENT on the bank’s part, causing severe trauma and unnecessary wastage of time to us. ON persistent complaints to their Customer Care, they arrogantly tell us to just wait. WAIT for how many days? Endlessly? To correct their error and to add my selected nominee name is just a matter of few minutes and they tell us to WAIT endlessly? Where the Nominee name got vanished? – R K AGARWAL

FDR with corrected nominee name + Assurance to stop their such non ending harassment with vague n arrogant replies in all our future grievances.
