Dear Sir, My Number closed by Aircel on 02/01/2014 , without any intimation , still knowing this the pending bill due date is 03/01/2014. this is the totally unethical process, running by AIRCEL towards its customer. here are the few concern for your action please. 1. since stating of my number in Aircel , i am not able to login in MY ACCOUNT Action,for Bill Preview and other services, and for this complain is lodged but problem still not solved. 2. in absence of login in MY Account , and see my outstanding as well as without sending the Hard copy bill, so many call make by the Aircel Executive and Pressurized for the advance payment. 3. as per the below mail , you will find out that the store contact official number is Shared by Aircel CSE, is totally wrong . the person who takes the call , saya that e has nothing to do with the Aircell. 4. my all outgoing call & Message even the Aircell customer care is barred , than how i will know the bill details or any nearest store Locator for the bill payment. 4. and Most Important is Number has been closed by AIRCEL , even payment due date is tomorrow. its not the fair business ethics. pls do the needful.
