Reliance Broadband Violates TRAI Guidelines

According to TRAI QOS guidelines 2006, Broadband Uptime should be no less than 90%. But Ive been dealing with pathetic services of reliance broadband for last 3 months and my uptime is barely 60%. Services has been down for last 21 Days and there is no action taken from the Service Provider. They keep closing my complaints without resolving the issue. Customer Service number keeps me on hold for 20 mins on an average with maximum being 40 minutes ( Should be 60 – 90 secs, according to TRAI QOS guidelines 2006). I even requested for termination of services with Full refund as clearly they are not able to provide up to a bare minimum quality of service. but it’s been a week and they have to responded to my request. 100% refund of amount Service Provider took from me to install it’s useless broadband service. And Compensation for all the Internet outages occurred for last three months.
