We have four airtel SIM at our home. For the last two weeks, we are not able to connect to any of other airtel numbers. Even after dialling many times, we couldn’t connect to any airtel number. Further, people with airtel connection are also not able to call us from outside. However, internet on mobile via airtel network is working fine but outgoing and incoming calls are not working at all. Dialling 198 for registering complaint proves to be futile as there is no option for talking to technical executive. It is done deliberately by airtel to perturb consumers and demotivate them not to call 198. This problem need to be addressed/resolved by competent authority to bring the culprit (airtel in this case) to books.Looking forward for a prompt action.
