Sir, 1. I am the owner of postpaid BSNL Mobile no 948519xxxxx.(SHILLONG,MEGHALAYA) 2. This is regarding bill No 330654712 dated 05 Aug 14 for the month of Jul 14. 3. I am being served with a bill amounting Rs 862 for the month of Jul 14. 4. I have only made calls for Rs 40/- and SMS for Rs 72 only in the period for which the bill is sent to me 5. The bill includes charges for OUTGOING SMS (SPECIAL) and VAS USAGE which I never asked for or used rather I am even not aware about these services. 6. I visited BSNL office shillong on 16 Aug 14 and lodged my complaint to AO (CMTS). 7. So far no action has been taken on my complaint and the bill has not been corrected rather I have started receiving messages from BSNL that my outgoing calls will be stopped if the bill is not paid. 8. I am a defense personnel and so far I have paid the bill on very first day even the bill was not received in hard copy. But this time it is very unfair on the part of BSNL to charge such a huge amount. 9. I request your honour to look into the matter and give justice. Thanking you in anticipation.
