I had a parcel to be delivered from US. Postal service. When i contacted them, they clearly indicated that post has left their sort facility a month back and has reached India sort facility. If the package is held up at the customs, why wasn’t i intimated. It’s been 45 days since delivery by USPS and i have wasted lots of productive time and money, via internet and phone calls. The package is a non-gold, non-silver ornament. Made of metal (steel) and artificial diamond. I see no reason to held it up at customs.

I have lost significant amount of my time and deteriorated my health. the package with shipping and duty charges cost me about 9000. I need the package to be delivered or compensation of about 15000.
