My self, Pranay Goswami, I am customer of airtel since 2006. Today I recharge recharge my Airtel number 9829184xxx with Rs 79 for Free Incoming Plan. I usually recharge with Rs 79 from https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaidResponse.do when I click on the above link. Then It is clearly mention that national roaming pack You Pay (?) You Get Tariff Rs. 35 Roaming incoming at 30p/min for 1st Month and 75p/min for next 5 months. Outgoing at 90p/min in Home circle and Roaming for 6 months. 6 months Rs. 79 Incoming free on National Roaming and outgoing at 1.5p/sec in Home circle and Roaming 30 days Then I recharged of Rs 79. Then this Plan was not activated I called to Customer Care. They told this is the Recharge of Rs 72. But I did not find this recharge online. They are not registering my complaints Please look on this matter

I need to refund my money or service activation.
