Hi, I am having no.95352502XX & sim no.89914500030188508103. I have recharged with Rs.35 RC for STD no. But this RC is not working. One more major thing, i ‘ve not called so many times to customer care. Only 2-3 times i called. But why my no. is barred for 198 help desk. I want the reason as soon as possible.

Why is Airtel not giving customer care any more ? Doesn’t it want customers ?
