Airtel – Sudden disconnection of Internet

I have complained 9 times to Airtel customer care for issues with my broadband Connection 08041656xxx. This is my 9th complain to airtel since Jan 2015. Issues: 1. Sudden disconnection of internet 2. Slowness in speed against the agreed speed mentioned for the plan No permanent resolution has been taken up till date

Impact: 1. Financial loss 2. Wastage of time 3. Mental tension 4. Couldn’t do company assignments
