Telecom – Internet speed reduced cheating plans

My user ID: 1112785931 Date of subscription: 21-Mar-15 The speed committed under the broadband plan committed to me was 4 MBPS (Rs 750 per month plan). I paid advance of Rs 2,809 (inclusive of Service Tax)(advance for 3 months paid on 23-Mar-15) When I started using, the speed reduced to 2 MBPS and there was no continuous data connection as committed. Despite making uncountable complaints over emails and phone calls, it was not resolved. Finally, harassed by the services, I placed a request on 4-Apr-15 to disconnect my connection. But the company people keep calling to redress my issue, but they have no solution to it. It is a harassment to me as such practices by them is cheating. All supporting are attached for your perusal.

I had placed my discontinuation request on 4-Apr-15 and till today i.e.1-May-15, there is no resolution step taken by company. I request that my money paid of Rs 2,809 be refunded to me at the earliest (without any deduction, for such poor quality services) with a simple interest of 12% for the month. Also, I would like to recover the damages of Rs 1,20,000 from the company for the loss suffered by me.
