I have ordered a pendrive from paytm and the pendrive haven’t delivered yet (01/05/2015). And Paytm has been updated on the website that the order has been delivered. I m calling and dropping mail again and again on care@paytm.com but there is no response and they are not refunding my money. Sir even you can check the tracking detail of Indian post service that product is in transit and haven’t and update from 11 April to till now so please help me and solve my issue
