TATA Sky – No signals / Customer Service

Complaint number:NS1504115862990 dated 11th April, 2015 was made as there was an issue of no TATA Sky signal from the 1st week of April. Received a call from TATA Sky technician only on 27th of April, after 17 days of the initial complaint. As call was made during office hours, we asked technician to come view the TV/signal next day. The technician did not show up for 3 days, but has closed the complaint with Customer Care. Due to this, we have to lodge a new complaint number:HVJAWOV and have thus received no redressal for 20 days of the issue.

Immediate acknowledgement, attention and redressal to customer complaint outstanding for 20 days. Monetary relief to be provided as a month’s service fee has been wasted, along with numerous, frustrating conversations with Customer Care.
