I had bought brand “Wammy Titan 3” model of WickedLeak company on Dec 25, 2013 for Rs 17,000 with 1 year warranty. Since then, I faced following issues: 1. There were lot of call drops, the call gets disconnected within 20 to 25 secs many times. 2. I had problem in clicking pics, camera was not responding at times 3. There was a problem in touch screen, the touch is not happening properly in the lower half of the screen. I have made repeated complaints since then over phones and over mails from 5 Sep 2014 to 17 Oct 2014 but there was no response to replace the said product and resolve the issue. The vendor promised one year warranty period for which I was following up before its expiry but he did not respond. Request you to help me get refund of the amount of Rs 17000 for misleading and a damage of Rs 20000 over and above for the inconvenience caused to me which affected my business over communicating which lead to financial losses.
