Dell India – Laptop warranty issue poor service

Complaint no-910262055 I purchase my laptop in the month of 15 January .on 16 January I called technical team about some issue. After the issue solved I talk him about the warranty. He said your warranty is expired in December so he said mail ur invoice and I forward this matter then issue will solve. Then u talk him about 1299 rs warranty extension. sure Sir u also get that but now your one year issue will solve then I arrange a callback from sales team on this matter. Then I said can u please transfer the call to sales team. He said no sir after this issue u will get the call from sales team .I arrange that . but till now I didn’t get the call from sales team. Then I call him in February they said it already expired. How it can be until now I didn’t get the call regarding this matter. Till today date I called him many times but I didn’t get any response

I want the warranty extenuation the no amount paid. Before I ready to pay Rs 1299. But now I want 2 yrs warranty extension without any paid for it. Now I m totally fed up with this dell support. The cancellation person was very rude to me.
