It is really annoying that Airtel suddenly stopped my incoming & outgoing calls on 1st of. November. Ever since then i am unable to make any calls nor am i able to receive any calls. The most surprising part is that my inter net is working as always. I have did a number of complaints, called customer care but no use. In fact one of the customer service representative told me that my sim card is damaged even after being told that my data services are working from the same number. I never received any confirmation message of my complaints. Then i made an online complaint on 2nd afternoon, they assured to call me within 2hrs but neither did i receive any call & by the evening my complaint was closed. All this is really annoying.
