Hi There, I have order one Jewellry Item From Shopclues.com on 9th October 2014. My Order Number is 22470161. I have paid the full amount of product at a time of purchase by using online payment method. But still they are not dispatched my order to me. I have called more than 20+ times to customer care and also email them so may time but they are saying me that order will be dispatched in 24hr. I am getting this reply from 20 days but still my order is not shipped. and Customer care is not responding to my complaint. Please kindly do the needful.

I want to cancel this order and want full amount of order as well as appropriate compassion for that delay and Harassment cost what company did with me.
