Airtel Took Registration + Bill Amount and did’t gave connection

The Airtel guy , took the Registration Amount and the Bill amount and promised to do the connection of the Airtel Broad Band Service, but did’nt do, And the airtel office staff says they are still searching whats the issue, it has been more then 8 months i have waited for the Airtel BroadBand Connection.

The registration Amount paid is not refunded, i went to the airtel office many times but no proper respond was given. now due to that i did’nt apply for any another broadband connection. Economical Loss: i am a student, and i have to apply for jobs in job portals but due to the unavailability of the net connection, i could’nt apply in any of the companies. and i m jobless due to this factor

A legal strong action against airtel should be taken. i need the compensation for my jobless situation.
