I have purchased Spice Tab Mi 1010 from saholic.com(order no.425533) which online shopping portal of Spice Group. I received a box pack Spice Tab Mi 1010 and upon starting what I found was the tab is defective. Its display is blacken out on half part and bright on other side. I seriously questioned the quality checks of this company. I have returned back the product to Delhi office of saholic.com through courier and they have confirmed of receiving it. I have asked them for a full refund of my money. They are not responding well to the matter stating that matter is held with concerned dept. Kindly help.

I request you to kindly help me get back my money Rs. 8499 that I have spent on purchase of Spice Tab Mi 1010. The saholic.com people are insisting on replacement. But looking at the harassment what I have gone through I have lost faith in this brand and not ready to use the product of such company.
