I have submitted with required documents regarding surrender of my above lost policies on 13.02.2013, requested you to pay the amount to my SB ACCOUNT at LVB Guduvancheri. When I approched you on 06.03.2013 the required images for the above policies not yet sent by the policy issuing branch at Bangalore. Yesterday, I went your J C Road branch and enquired about the images. They have directed me to approch Richmond town branch (code 308) they also tried for the image but not get the same. But till date I have not received my credit. When approached BRANCH VIII -TYNAMPET CHENNAI I was informed the papers they sent to Regional office Chennai still not yet replied by them. More than 90 days have lapsed but I have not received my money. My policy numbers are 361202478 and 361202481. No concrete reply from LIC Branch 8 Chennai Teynampet and Regional office Mount Road Chennai. Please look into the matter and get my policy amounts paid to my account.
