Airtel – unavailed service charged customer care to inform they refused

I am a airtel broadband user. It is 10:15pm right now. At 9:23pm i received an sms that Smartbytes has been activated for 1gb. Firstly, i did give any such request nor did i get the smart byte page. Secondly, i have more than 1.3GB in my account which is sufficient for my usage for this month. I called up customer care to inform them but they refused to accept that i am correct and that their data being shown in correct. I had a word with Sudesh with interaction number 338156474 but i am sure that these people never accept their mistake. I Guarantee that this request has not been given by me.

Firstly, I want airtel to accept its mistake and revert back Rs.99 charged to me. Secondly, i would want airtel to stop prompting me for Airtel smart bytes. I have undergone a lot of problems because of this.
