Hi Team, I am facing many issues with my laptop. I bought my laptop(Dell Inspiron 5720) in US. Now I am in INDIA. Laptop is under International Warranty. The Service providing by you in not at all satisfying , in fact its irritating when talking to customer care. There was problem with my laptop screen, as it is under international warranty they have replaced the part. After 3 days my laptop is not working , I dont know whether the problem is with internal connections or with the parts. Without cheking it thoroughly they said Mother Board has gone, and they said they will replace it. 3 days after raising the complaint they said respective part is not avaialable in INDIA and they are asking me to send the laptop to US. Even though the problem is with Dell side I am facing th pain, apart from my Laptop issue, the way customer care guy spoken was so arrogant and so embarassing . I asked him not to close the request and he closed the request. And he is asking to raise a case also if I wish. Is that the way your customer is treated?? I want my problem to be solved in INDIA as I cannot take my laptop to US. Please help me out in this regard. Still there is a hope in me as Dell has good reputation in the society. Thanks, Sumanth
After my laptop screen replacement , my laptop is not working.It should be made functional again. It should be taken care by Dell only. And I want the customer care members should respect their customers.
