I had ordered a Sony laptop from Flipkart on a cost of Rs. 36,990/-. They shown that a laptop bag and a 8 GB pendrive would be supplied along with Laptop. However, on receiving the courier, it was found that they had supplied only laptop and no other items were found therein. On contacting their customer care, no satisfactory answer was given by them.

There was a loss of around Rs. 1500/- due to non receipt of items as promised.

Items as mentioned above should be delivered and instructions should be passed to the relevant company to be more careful while sending the items on online booking.
