I have activated 3G 2GB data at Rs 450 (POSTPAID)on 27-01-2014 Deactivated 3G 2GB data pack on 24-02-2014 9.30 pm night Airtel sent me bill Rs 6,292.94 I asked 121 care how you charge 6,292.94 Airtel sent me mail to me clearly which is given below: “You wrote in on 02-03-2014, with a concern regarding the 3G usage for your airtel mobile number 9811982331. We wish to inform you that 2G and 3G Service has been Barred with effect from 27-02-2014. We understand your discontent on charges levied towards data usage and hereby wish to address your concerns. We observe that you have 2 GB free as per your pack and any usage beyond 2 GB would be charged at 03 paise/ 10 KB. We studied your bill and found an additional usage of 132742 KB over and above the free limit translating to charges of Rs 4884.54/-billed on your account: Free GB as per plan = 2Gb Excess Usage in Mb = 129.63 Excess Usage in Kb = 132742 Total data Charges @ 03 Paise/ 10 Kb = 4884.54” IF i calculate 03 paisa/10 kb 132742 / 10 x .03 = 398.226 Rs so how they saying in written that 132742 / 10 x .03 = 4884.54 Also i have only used 1918 MB data which is below 2GB (2048 MB) this is absolutely making us fool, and overcharging to customer
i want my full waiver of 3G charges because i have not done anything wrong i have all prof about their false commitment in written. take strict action against airtel millions of customer are facing problems by airtel
