They claim that they had send a Demand letter to me vis courier and email. I had never received the email. Also I have a proof from courier company that it was not delivered to me.

They have charged me with an interest amount of Rs 16015.79

I want them to wavier of the interest amount. Also compensate me with the mental agony and paid i have gone through by paying me Rs 5 lakh. This is towards mistreatment by their completer staff.
