The Airtel info that i got through IVR was that value of tariff is Rs. 8. when i activated it they deducted Rs. 14. further when i called the customer care they again deducted Rs. 8. then they gave me a request number (04307713xxx) saying i’ll receive a call in 4 hours. even after 24 hours i did’nt get a call. when i called them back again, they say that they don’t have any info about it. further they said it was my fault and i was lying.

refund my money and fine the service providers for the unscrupulous practices to cheat the consumers
