Respect Sir, I’ve purchased a product from Snapdeal and below are its details : Brand : Philips HD4909 Induction Cooker Date : 21-04 2015 Order No : 5741008485 Amount : Rs 4700/- Sir on this product they have mentioned unconditionally one freebie (Khadai) will be given but I didn’t get the freebie till date I called them and registered several complaints on this : 00215857,00217323,00217323 but looks like no one is responding on it. Sir, I’m a bachelor and wanted to cook food at home only, since my money is blocked with Snapdeal now I can’t buy this induction from other retail shops. Every second day I called them on their customer care no (092126 92126) which is not a toll free number for almost 15-20 minutes to discuss the issue but looks like they are not interested in it I got lot of mental torture because of all of this, everyday I’m spending Rs 250/- to take food outside
