Sir, I am using a postpaid connection of Airtel which no. is 9760003208 & it is on the name of Mr. vikas bansal, Mohalla Kayastan Ramlila Ground, Bilaspur, Rampur, U.P. – 244921 when i check the bill details i saw that airtel has wrong charged the sms charge. it happens in every month, i have called many times but i did not get any satisfactory answer from their side.
