I had booked a consignment to Secunderabad from Gati Courier on 4th July 2013 Docket no (404008973) they have committed me the consignment will “ASSURED” deliver on 9th July 2013. Which is mentioned/written on Docket recipt. But certainly said consignment got late i have been taking follow up since 9th and they agreed to fright return which charged by them. Now they are denying to give Freight return
