Airtl’s False Promise on Mobile Number Portability

Hi All,

This is how it happens in Airtel :

After contacting/mailing to the maximum from Higher authority to the customer executive now this is the final decision i have got from the Airtel rajasthan marketing team.

After my last Saturday mail, Airtel people woke up and tried to be proactive in solving my 6 months old query in very decent and swift way, Lots of people from Airtel called me took conferences and said that we will offer you the best plan dont worry and now we will coordinate properly.

Forgot to mention thanks for waking us.

First they didn’t believe in my words and asked me to mail me the existing bills to get a proof whether i am right or wrong for the plan and rates i am paying to vodafone. I did that immediately on the same date.

Now, after a week they have finally said they will port my number to Airtel but with there prescribed plans available. After my message that what happened to my porting and plan request Got a call from Airtel representative he took conference with his senior (May be Mr Shantanu or Mr Ankur Mathur, Airtel Jaipur Rajasthan) .

Today Senior Executive from airtel explained me that you are asking something beyond our control (Plan which i am currently using with vodafone) and now its your choice whether you want what we are offering within our terms (High rental plan with the same benefits ) or withdraw your application.

I was shocked with such answer , Its like the line Customer is King used in Cooperate world is merely a myth and fake proverb.

Its a very interesting line by Airtel Rajasthan marketing senior executive or head that Plan which vodafone is offering you is beyond Bharti Airtel’s Control or Terms & Conditions.

Ultimately now they want me to send the mails of my friends who are using much much better plans then mine in Airtel becuase they will only wake up or believe when i send mail.

Todays scenario is such that othe tele companies are offeriing freebies unlimited plans and companies also call us to port and get the better plans what you are using.

I want to ask One question to all of you, if i am asking for a better plan or at least the same rental plan what i am using according to my monthly telephone budget ,

Am i illogical or over demanding from airtel ?????

There are people in Airtel Rajasthan who are using much much better plan then this.

ANYWAYS i will definitely share this with all my friends and contacts that how Airtel Rajasthan works to improve there customer base.

Its like Customer will be forced to use the plan prescribed by Airtel if he want join Airtel Rajasthan from any other network, my willingness to join Airtel is hurting me the most now Ridiculous,Pointless words come to mind for Airtel Rajasthan Team.

Whatever may be your last decision do reply me to my this mail in writing.
Dont you people ever ask for the feedback because you don’t deserve that, its like you people are not in service industry but you are handling things as your monopoly.

I am sharing this mail with all my contacts, my media friends (including magzine,tv and Newspaper) & other tele companies friends and will keep posting this thing to all my social media accounts too regularly like twitter facebook etc., even they will decide how to go with Airtel next time.
